Miller Construction Management, Inc., in a joint venture with Gilbane Building Company, provided Construction Management at Risk services for the phased demolition and renovation of the RP Funding Center.

Phase I consisted of improvements to the Lakeland Magic G-League locker rooms, audio/visual system upgrades in the Jenkins arena, installation of a broadcast system, and construction of Lakeland Magic offices.

Phase II included new fire protection in the Jenkins arena, arena entry door replacement, arena concourse renovation with mechanical and lighting improvements, addition of new flex spaces in the convention area, and improved finishes throughout the center.
